This page explains, in plain terms, what UK Asia Grill collects when you order online and why. If anything here is unclear, please call us on 0208 925 9955.

What we collect

To prepare and deliver your order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address (for delivery orders), your basket/order details, and the payment status of the order.

Card payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number and CVC are entered with Stripe and are not stored by UK Asia Grill — we only keep the payment status and a Stripe reference for the order.

Where order records are kept

Order records may be stored using Supabase so the shop can prepare orders and help with questions or refunds. We use your details only to run the shop and support your order.

Information stored in your browser

To make ordering smoother, this site saves a small amount of data in your browser on this device only: your current basket, a short list of your recent orders (items and totals), and your loyalty stamps. This browser data does not include your delivery address, and it is not a cross-device account — your stamps and history live on this device unless you clear them.

Loyalty stamps are stored on this device under a scrambled (pseudonymised) form of your phone number, so a casual glance at this browser's storage doesn't reveal the number. This is only local pseudonymisation to reduce accidental exposure on a shared device — it is not a cross-device account, a login, or any kind of customer authentication, and your separate order record held by the shop is unaffected by it.

You can remove the local data any time with “Clear data from this device” on the Orders & Stamps page, or by clearing your browser's site data. Clearing this does not cancel an order you've already placed with the shop.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell your personal information. If you'd like a copy of your order details or want them removed, call us on 0208 925 9955 and we'll help.
